Youth Anthems gig are family friendly matinees where three bands play between 2pm and 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. There's a mix of genres and the next one is more indie/garage/punk. The bands are often loud but slightly quieter than normal (though do bring ear protection).

Here's details of our next gig on Feb 7th (Facebook Event: https://www.facebook.com/events/489537244567650/)

Sunday February 7th @Wharf Chambers, Leeds. Doors 1:30m, bands 2-4pm. FREE ENTRY for people 14 and under. £4 for those above. There will be vegan cake on sale from That Old Chestnut, there will be a food bank collection and there will be a clothing swap with donations going to Leeds Women's Aid (more information about this at our Facebook page facebook.com/youthanthems or our website at youthanthems.wordpress.com).

    Band wise we have...

Your new favourite band. Fun filled, racous new wave garage rock with a strong hint of pop-punk. Think Blondie, The Pebbles Compilations, The Ramones and all that is good in this world.

Travelling all the way from the South of England (Visa's permitting). This trio pack each three minute anthem with hooks, gravelly vocals and fun fun fun.

New kids on the punk block for Leeds. Featuring members of all of your favourite local bands (if your favourite bands are Jesus & His Judgemental Father and Get Human) as well as some other familar faces. They promise some well known covers and a pajama party vibe.

Ha ha glad to be of service. The May line up is looking pretty good too (August one might be pretty special but depends on a few things coming together)
