I spent my first 24years in Armley. Attended CofE boys 'til 1948. Any help is appreciated.

Rover, you might need to add quite a bit more detail to get results.

Thanks for suggestions re "friends reunited. Maybe all the other "boys" that attended Armley C of E Boys school during the 1940s have passed on.

The Christ Church school was located on Ridge Rd. The CofE Boys school was near Wesley rd almost in the shadow of St Barthomues, (sp) The Armley Library was at the bottom of Wesley Rd. The girls and infants school was on the opposite side of the Church closer to Tong Rd.

If anyone knows where these people are I would appreciate it, lost touch with them after leaving school. They are
    Petra Fawcett/Sheila Bradley/ Anne Thistlewood.
All went to Parklands Primary and Crossgates Girls school in 60's/70's.
Would love to hear from any of them. Reply here then I will contact them or on facebook.
    Thanks. Sue Naylor(Garlick)
