    I don't recognise the existence of a meal called "lunch". It's my way.....

    That might be a bit better then. More pubbey in there, rather than an actual restaurant like shears...

    So when you used to take your sandwiches, Capri Sun and Taxi biscuit to school, did you refer to it as "packed dinner" or "packed lunch"?

    Weird though isn't it - cos you had a packed lunch, at dinner time, while some kids had school dinners.

    they sell chilli and fennel black pudding I'm already sold on this place, and the menu looks proper my thing.

    Shears yard is amazing.

    Ive had this argument many times and as far as i remember 'Dinner' is officially whatever you consider to be the main meal of the day.
