PA Repairs

    Yeah Chris @ Ambertronics, BUT i am still waiting for my amp after 3 weeks.
    Told me 3/4 days for a repair , no email response either, but he is very very very busy and he is knocking on a bit.

    He knows is stuff

    I was going to start a new topic with this question but cannot seem to do so on this board atm.

    Hello btw, the names David, Sarah Orange's bf (for my sins) ;)

    Figured this would be a good place to ask for advice about getting my amplifier serviced.

    It is a Mesa Boogie Studio 22+ combo, about 20 years old. I was wondering whether anybody would know where i can find a decent amp tech that knows his/her stuff when it comes to changing filter caps etc as this amp is well overdue a change.

    Heh, managed to get a lead from one of the peeps on the musicradar forum... apparently there's a bloke called David Gaffrey based near Wakefield whos repairs boogies.

    Does anyone know where i could find some old Bose equipment.. in particular 1801 System Controller, 4401 Pre Amp, and/or 802 - E System Controller?.
