Some might say that the possible Oasis re-union at Glastonbury could be one of the festivals greatest ever moments ... but what I would like to know is ... where would it rank in the best Oasis gigs?

How are we supposed to rank it? Artistically, financially, musically, socially or threateningly?

Your question's too vague to be bothered trying to work out. Go away and try rethinking the topic, then we might be able to be more helpful.

Well it won't rank as a gig because they are clearly not playing Glastonbury.
Emily Eavis has already said they are not playing and she'd know.

    End of topic.

..and there was me thinking it was a hypothetical question (in addition to it being vague).

She might not know ... Michael might have booked them as a surprise for her

I saw Oasis live plenty of times. On of my favourite Oasis gigs was at Lancashire County Cricket Ground. This also happened to be the day I first met Mr Rob Galloway

I was there with my cousin who worked for Royal Mail at the time and had arranged to meet his workmate who he referred to as "slim" due to his very light blonde hair. We have had this drunken conversation many times Robert

I know Eavis has categorically denied they are playing, but given the remaining slot is normally given to a bunch of ageing, past-it rockers, are we sure???

    100% positive.
Micheal Eavis has said today it isn't Oasis, he has said it's one of the biggest selling artists in the world.

I reckon it will be Lady Gaga, which would be awesome!

    Fleetwood Mac - http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/ ... 9gDUtlSXE4

Emily Eavis - Speaking about next year's headliners, Eavis previously said: "They're three bands who haven't played Glastonbury, and that's important."

    Erm... Arcade Fire - 2007
    Kasabian - 2007 / 2009.

I thought she just said the Saturday headliner had not appeared before?
