Following the success of our previous Bootcamps, this year we are launching a variety of Group Fitness Sessions and Exercise Classes. These will be morning, evening and weekend based sessions in the following areas: Cardio and fat burner, High intensity hill running, Speed/Agility/Quickness, Mountain Biking, Road Cycling, Strength and endurance.
Also, during the summer we will be launching Sports Specific fitness sessions for: Rugby, Football, Endurance Sports, Power and Agility Sports.
All sessions are based at Roundhay Park, Leeds, beginning the first week of February.
