Reply to Are 'care credits' a good idea?

People who volunteer to help the elderly or disabled could earn time credits which they could then redeem for their own care later in life. Would this work?

i think it is meant to be an additional incentive, or a reward for their hard work, there are thousands of carers out there that get no recognition.
